Legal exceptions and third-party material
Nothing here limits exceptions or user rights granted by applicable law, such as lawful quotation, criticism, review, parody and certain educational uses. We do not claim exclusive ownership of musical notes, frequencies, time signatures, tuning techniques, the concept of a metronome or other unprotectable ideas and methods. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
